The 3rd chapter of the most famous Alex Under’s series, Multiplicanciones, is finally here. Alex takes his sound to a new level with this record. “E” is powerful, an amazing peak time dancefloor killer; on the other side, “F1” is a mellow and emotional track that takes the listener to an hyonotic journey, while “F2” hits the clubber’s chest with a pounding groove that will delight techno gourmets.

Again, state of the art electronic dance music from Alex Under!

CT-09

Released:13 Oct 2008 (Digital: 27 Oct 2008)

a1. Sambad
a2. Sambad (between 2 flames mix)
b1. Strange moods
b2. Sambad (house tool)

Vera & Miss Fitz, together as Mara Trax, are back in Cyclical Tracks with another 12inch that ventures into the endless & hypnotic groove of a couple that knows how to build a dance
machine.

With only two previous releases for Cyclical Tracks &  Oslo (the wondeful EPS The Esensual and …It got me funk) Mara Trax would love to live in that era where house music was all about analog equipment, an era where Chicago was
the biggest city in any map.

Heartbreaker  starts with „Sambad“, a slow burning monster that embraces u with delicacy and lots of funk, while „Strange moods“ brings melancholy and swing thanks to Nina Simone ́s beauty…. Together with those 2 hits we find another 2 „Sambad“ versions, to be pushed again into the dancefloor…

Music that arises with a feeling of intimacy, an invitation to enjoy music from the heart…

MUPA009

Release:3 Nov 2008 (Digital: 17 Nov 2008)

a. Davai
b1. Davai (Damian Schwartz remix)
b2. Bihotza

Kasper, the man behind the Esperanza label, is an old friend of the NET28 crew: he has been around for the last few years, and finally here it comes his first release for Mupa. „Davai Davai“ is a superb house record, in which the old-school flavour of the two original tracks combines perfectly with the remix in the Damian Schwart’s very own style.

Kasper’s most important background comes from post punk, rock, jazz, rap and of course electronic labels such as studio 1, basic channel, profan, chain reaction, mosaic, schatrax, perlon, planet E… Together with Papol he founded Esperanza, and later on collaborated with Minus with a remix of the minimal anthem RUOK? from newyorker Ambivalent and after with a track in the VVAA of Items and things 02 (label owned by Troy Pierce, Magda and Marc Houle). More to come!

Serge Gainsbourg has always being as big as possibly you can be, and already in 1961, with one of his first albums, L’Etonnant, he already showed the world what to do when u have a brilliant mind that spits classy lyrics… Jazz & pop with that smoky edge that tastes of glory… This is essential, no doubts about it, just check it if u wanna be inspired and amazed.

Oh yeah!!! Finally!! The first NET28 compilation, “1”, with all our big stars & friends in a petit reunion. The first release from NET28, the label that embraces the efforts of Apnea, CMYKmusik, Cyclical Tracks and Mupa, in a series of compilations that will not stop, is an incredible collection of unreleased tracks. A project masterminded by the ones who run the business: Alex Under, Damian Schwartz, Tadeo & Imek.

What we have here is a deep journey that begins in Madrid (with all the usual suspects) and lands in France (From Karaoke To Stardom), UK (Kevin Gorman), USA (Hyeroglyphic Being) and Georgia (Nate Fisher). Every track is a must, a hit, a fucking brilliant sum of influences and new horizons. Techno in all its colours and forms, developing from the most atmospheric to the funkiest and darkest, paying due respects to Detroit, Cologne and Berlin, but reemerging as something totally new and fresh, as only our artists know how to do. An statement to celebrate our unique voice & groove.

From Karaoke to Stardom and his futuristic groove to the limit; Kevin Gorman bringing back all the funk in a compulsive rhythm adventure; Tadeo showing his most merciless face with a enormous stomper; Damian Schwartz rethinking the future and discovering new grounds with a massive rocking synth orgy; Alex Under and his unique way of understanding & producing music; Pilas going smooth and dreamy in a classic techno manner; Friendly People (aka Alex Under) turning off the lights and submerging us into a frighting odyssey; Hieroglyphic Being and Detroit is back as innovative as ever; Mensico  (Pilas&Sintec) working it in a moody and heartless manner; Circunbalation (aka Tadeo) going eternal and delivering a timeless killer, possibly his biggest track till date; and finally Nate Fisher, with all the sophistication of the best house music.

Anything you want is here, and much more you could ever imagine…

Sam The Mummy - Untitled1 (MUPA008)

MUPA008

MUPA008

Released:9 Apr 2008

a1 Cradle
a2 Untuned (Interview)
b1 Pharaon’s Cat
b2 Stand Up

Sam the Mummy lives in the deepest catacombs of his existence. Hardly ever he can be seen on the surface and just a few ones have the ‘honor’ of knowing him. Even stranger it is his relationship with Damián Schwartz, the only person allowed to listen and disclose his awesome and disturbing works. Here is the first one: Untitled1 (Mupa008).
It starts with Cradle, a brief but captivating prologue. And from the cradle to the grave, here comes Untuned (interview), where Sam introduces us in his most personal universe, crumbling his darkest secrets. Soon we can see what he’s up to, because despite of appearing as a hard and cold guy, on the very first beats he reveals pure soul music. Tireless groove with magnificent salsa touches, bittersweet cymbals and congas that run with an intimidating elegance.
On B side, Pharaon’s cat introduces Stand Up. Little by little, it steps into a background of hypnotic and jazzy sequences accompanied by aristocratic piano notes that try to break into, but can only go out on tiptoes. So smart and so danceable at the same time.
Pleased to meet you, Sam.
